To start an Arbitration :

1. One must first give a NOTICE of Dispute & Amount in dispute therein following Section 3 & 21 of the ACT.

2. The NOTICE must be received by the Respondent either by POST or EMAIL or in Person etc

3. Get an Arbitrator appointed as per the Clause if the Clause is Neutral or approach the Court and request for appointment of an Arbitrator.

4. Once the Arbitrator is appointed then submit the Claims before the Arbitral Tribunal and Proceed
