Deemed Extension for Timelines expiring on or after Mar 15, 2020

In view of the Pandemic & a Lock-down thereof, Honorable Supreme Court of India has upon considering the facts on ground passed an order stating that all Arbitration’s wherein the 18 months period was lapsing on or after 15.03.2020 , the same shall be deemed extended upto 15 days after the Lock-Down is declared open.
